Garlic salt

DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Add crackers, garlic salt, and pepper to a shallow bowl and mix well.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip pork chops in the eggs and then in the cracker mixture.
- Place the chops in a casserole dish and put the chunks of butter around them. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
