DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil potatoes with a teaspoon of crushed garlic over medium-high heat until tender (about 10 minutes after they come to a boil).
  2. Drain the liquid, add butter, and mash until the butter melts. Add half-and-half, steak seasoning, the other teaspoon of crushed garlic, and garlic powder. Mix first with the masher or a fork, then use an electric mixer to beat the potatoes until very fluffy and smooth.
