Healthy and so easy, this red wine vinegar cabbage slaw is ready in just 25 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup
Sugar
2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp
Shredded cabbage mix
16 oz
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix red wine vinegar and sugar. Add vegetable oil. Stir. Add shredded cabbage mix. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Allow the Red Wine Vinegar Slaw to stand for 20 minutes. Toss. Serve and enjoy!
