INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Butternut squash 
1, peeled, seeded, cut into small cubes
Olive oil 
2 tbsps
Garlic 
2 cloves, minced
Salt 
to taste
Pepper 
to taste 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 
  2. Put the cut butternut squash in a large bowl. Toss it with olive oil and garlic. Season with pepper and salt. 
  3. Arrange the butternut squash on a baking sheet. 
  4. Roast it in the oven until it's tender (25 to 30 minutes).
