This Butternut Squash is the perfect simple side dish or a great addition to salads!
INGREDIENTS

Butternut squash
1, peeled, seeded, cut into small cubes
Olive oil
2 tbsps
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Put the cut butternut squash in a large bowl. Toss it with olive oil and garlic. Season with pepper and salt.
- Arrange the butternut squash on a baking sheet.
- Roast it in the oven until it's tender (25 to 30 minutes).
