INGREDIENTS

Garlic
2 tbsp., minced
Olive oil
3 tbsp.
Cauliflower
1 head, large, separated into florets
Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup, grated
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp., chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 450° F/220° C/Gas Mark 8.
- Prepare and grease a large casserole dish.
- Put garlic, olive oil, and cauliflower into a large resealable bag. Shake well to mix.
- Pour the mixture into the casserole and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring in the middle of the process.
- Top with cheese and parsley and broil for 3 to 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
