An easy and healthy side dish to serve with your fave steak!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Kohlrabi
4 bulbs, peeled
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup, grated
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Parsley
for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- While preheating oven to 450° F/230° C/Gas Mark 8, slice kohlrabi into ¼-inch pieces, then cut each piece in half. Combine kohlrabi with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, or until browned. Stir occasionally to cook evenly. Remove kohlrabi from the oven and drizzle with cheese. Put in oven again for about 5 minutes to let the cheese brown.
- Chop several sprigs of parsley and sprinkle kohlrabi. Serve immediately.
