Chicken broth

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
- In a large bowl, drizzle oil and lemon juice over potatoes. Toss to coat. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the potatoes in a 2-inch deep pan and pour broth over the wedges.
