Potatoes
3 lbs, peeled and cut into thick wedges 
Oregano 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
1/2 tsp
Chicken broth 
3 cups
Olive oil 
1/3 cup
Lemons 
2
Salt 
2 tsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. In a large bowl, drizzle oil and lemon juice over potatoes. Toss to coat. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. 
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a 2-inch deep pan and pour broth over the wedges. 
  4. Roast for 1 hour, until golden brown. Enjoy your Greek Style Potatoes!
