INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Shrimp
1 lb., medium raw, peeled, deveined
Kosher salt
¼ tsp.
Cracked black pepper
¼ tsp.
Olive oil
½ cup
Thai chili peppers
3, fresh, sliced
Garlic
2 tbsp., minced
Parsley
2 tbsp., freshly chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Take a skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Add oil.
  3. Add chili and cook until the peppers begin to soften, for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. When the shrimp is slightly pink and opaque, remove it from heat immediately and serve on a serving dish.
