INGREDIENTS
Servings: 16
Sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) can
Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup
Heavy cream
2 cups
Light cream
1 cup
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp.
Pecans
½ cup, chopped
Miniature marshmallows
1 cup
Ice-cream maker
to prepare ice-cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add condensed milk and cocoa powder to a medium-sized saucepan. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and thickens a bit.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
  3. Add heavy cream, light cream, and vanilla. Cook in the fridge until cold.
  4. Add the mixture to the ice cream maker and freeze it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. In the middle of the freezing process, add nuts and marshmallows and stir well.
