- Leafy lettuce – 4 cups
- 1 medium onion
- Nori seaweed – to taste
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Sea salt – to taste
- Roughly chop or tear lettuce.
- Fine chop the onion.
- In a salad bowl, toss onion with lettuce, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
- On a dry pan, slightly toast nori over medium heat until green and crumbly.
- Crumble toasted nori into the salad. Toss to combine and serve.
