- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- Chicken breasts – 1 pound, boneless and diced
- Red onion – ½ cup, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro – ½ cup, chopped
- Balsamic vinaigrette – ¼ cup
- Take a medium-sized bowl and combine the first four ingredients (from avocados to cilantro) in it. Add the balsamic vinaigrette to the mixture and toss it lightly.
