(cooking time: 15 min; yield: ¼ cup)
- Fresh orange juice – ¼ cup
- Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsps
- Low-sodium tamari – 2 tbsps
- Sriracha – 2 tsps
- 1 scallion, small chopped
Combine all ingredients in a small pot, put on the cooker over low heat and bring to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, stir often. Keep an eye on the sauce, don't leave it – it burns really quickly! Use as the dressing for this Warm Salad with Roast Broccoli and Tofu recipe.
