Here's how to make amazing soy ginger salmon in the instant pot!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Soy sauce
3 tbsp
Lime zest
1 tsp, grated
Lime juice
3 tbsp
Packed brown sugar
3 tbsp
Sesame oil
2 tbsp
Ginger
1 tsp, peeled, grated
Ground pepper
1/4 tsp
Frozen skinless salmon fillets
4 (6-oz)
Scallions
2 tbsp, chopped
Cilantro leaves
3 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soy sauce, zest, juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and ground black pepper in the bowl of the instant pot. Set to HIGH saute for 3 minutes. Stir to combine.
- Add salmon. Turn to coat.
- Lock the lid. Prepare to cook. Pressure cook on LOW for 1 minute. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for natural release. Then, after 2 minutes, unlock. Remove the pot's lid.
- Transfer the fillets to a serving platter.
- Set to HIGH saute for 3 minutes. Stirring, cook until the mixture is syrupy. Then, spoon the mixture onto the fillets. Serve and enjoy!
