Lobster Mac and Cheese for 2: This is the coziest dinner for your Valentine's Day!

Cavatappi
1 lb
Butter
1/4 cup
All-purpose flour
1/4 cup
Whole milk
2 1/2 cup
Ground black pepper

Salt
to taste
White cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup, shredded
Fontina
1 cup, shredded
Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup, grated (divided)
Cooked lobster
1 lb, chopped
Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Parsley
1/4 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
- Pour water into a pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add cavatappi. Cook until al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium. Add flour. Cook for 2 minutes, or until golden. Add milk. Whisk to combine. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Add cheddar cheese, Fontina cheese, and Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup). Whisk until smooth. Add cavatappi. Add lobster. Stir. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the pasta.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve and enjoy your Lobster Mac and Cheese!
