INGREDIENTS

Cavatappi 
1 lb
Butter 
1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 
1/4 cup
Whole milk 
2 1/2 cup
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Salt 
to taste
White cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup, shredded
Fontina 
1 cup, shredded
Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup, grated (divided)
Cooked lobster 
1 lb, chopped
Panko breadcrumbs 
1/2 cup
Olive oil 
1 tbsp
Parsley 
1/4 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
  2. Pour water into a pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add cavatappi. Cook until al dente. Drain. 
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium. Add flour. Cook for 2 minutes, or until golden. Add milk. Whisk to combine. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat. 
  4. Add cheddar cheese, Fontina cheese, and Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup). Whisk until smooth. Add cavatappi. Add lobster. Stir. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. 
  5. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the pasta. 
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve and enjoy your Lobster Mac and Cheese!
