These sausage balls are the perfect combination of Cheddar and meat.

INGREDIENTS

Spicy Italian sausage 
1 lb 
Garlic powder 
1/2 tsp
Salt 
1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese 
4 cups, grated
Baking mix 
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5). Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper. 
  2. Combine sausage, cheese, garlic powder, baking mix, and salt. Knead until a homogenous dough forms. Roll golfball-sized pieces of the dough into balls. Place the sausage balls on the baking sheets. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Before serving, allow the sausage balls to cool for about 5 minutes.
