Cooking oil
2 tbsp
Medium onions, sliced

Green cabbage
1 lb, chopped
Caraway seeds
2 tsp
Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp
Mini pierogies
optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook stirring constantly until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  2. Add cabbage and caraway seeds; cook stirring until tender (about 15 minutes).
  3. Mix in the apple cider vinegar. Serve on plates; you can also add mini pierogies.
