Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

Chicken breasts
1 pound, boneless and diced
Red onion
½ cup, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro
½ cup, chopped
Balsamic vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS
- Take a medium-sized bowl and combine the first four ingredients (from avocados to cilantro) in it. Add the balsamic vinaigrette to the mixture and toss it lightly.
