INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
All-purpose flour
½ cup
Creole seasoning
½ tsp.
Chicken breast tenders
1 (16 oz.) package, skinless, boneless
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 (10 oz.) can
Diced sweet pickles
¼ cup
Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp.
Capers
2 tbsp., drained
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour and Creole seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken tenders into the mixture and shake the excess.
  3. Prepare a skillet, add oil, and heat it over a medium heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook it for about 2 minutes per each side or until browned.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients (from diced tomatoes to garlic) and simmer for about 10 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
