INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
½ cup
Creole seasoning
½ tsp.
Chicken breast tenders
1 (16 oz.) package, skinless, boneless
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 (10 oz.) can
Diced sweet pickles
¼ cup
Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp.
Capers
2 tbsp., drained
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour and Creole seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders into the mixture and shake the excess.
- Prepare a skillet, add oil, and heat it over a medium heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook it for about 2 minutes per each side or until browned.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (from diced tomatoes to garlic) and simmer for about 10 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
