INGREDIENTS

Salmon fillets
4, about 1.5 lbs.
Chili garlic sauce
3 tbsp.
Lime zest
½ tsp. (zest of about 1 small lime)
Lime juice
of 1 lime
Honey
2 tbsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Cilantro
chopped, optional
Lime slices
optional
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Prepare a large baking sheet and line it with foil. Set aside.
- Add garlic sauce, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and slat to a small bowl and whisk to combine well.
- Place salmon on the baking pan skin side down. Add sauce and spread it over the salmon with a brush.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Served garnished with cilantro and lime slices.
