INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Butter
¼ cup, softened
Shallot
1 tbsp, chopped
Fresh cilantro
1 tbsp, chopped
Chipotle
 1 tbsp, chopped, in adobo sauce
Lime juice
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix until smooth.
  2. Form a log shape, put it on a plastic wrap, and wrap it tightly.
  3. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Place 2-3 tbsps of the butter on each steak.
