Use your leftover Halloween candy to make these deliciously easy Peanut Butter bars.
INGREDIENTS

Candy corn
1 lb
Crunchy peanut butter
1 (18-oz) jar
Semisweet chocolate chips
1 (6-oz) bag
Vegetable shortening
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat candy corn in the microwave oven in several 30-seconds intervals, until melted and smooth.
- Add peanut butter. Stir until combined. Transfer the mixture to the pan, pressing and smoothing into the corners.
- In the boiler set over simmering water, combine chocolate chips and shortening. Stirring, heat until melted and smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the candy. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until set. Then, cut into squares.
