INGREDIENTS
Servings: 16
Granny Smith apples
2, large, peeled, cored, cut into 8 wedges
Crescent roll dough
2 (10 oz.) cans, refrigerated
Butter
1 cup
White sugar
1 ½ cups
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp.
Mountain Dew
1 (12 fl.oz.) can or bottle
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Prepare and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Separate the dough into triangles and roll each apple wedge in it starting with the smallest dough. Press to seal the triangles and put them into the dish.
  4. Add butter to a small saucepan to melt it. Add sugar and cinnamon, stir well, and pour thw mixture over the dumplings. Pour Mountain Dew over the dumplings, too.
  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
