A delightful dessert for a big party or a small pleasant dinner!
INGREDIENTS

Eggs

Sugar
¾ cup
Margarine
7 1/8 tbsp. (softened)
Grated coconut
1 dry pint
Orange juice
4 tbsp.
Flour
8 tbsp.
Baking powder
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Prepare an 8x8-inch cake pan, grease and flour it. Set the pan aside.
- Combine eggs with sugar and beat well until they’re fluffy.
- Add the next three ingredients (from margarine to orange juice) and keep beating until well-combined.
- Add the last ingredients and stir them without beating.
- Put the batter in the cake pan and bake for about half an hour. The cake is ready when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
