INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Kale
12 cups, chopped
Lemon juice
2 tbsps
Olive oil
1 tbsp or more, if needed
Minced garlic
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Fresh ground black pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook rinsed kale in a steamer for up to 10 minutes until just tender. The time will depend on how thick your kale is.
  2. While the kale is cooking, whisk oil with lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Place kale into a salad bowl, top with the sauce, toss to coat.
