A great dip variant for any barbecue party! Serve with tacos or tortilla chips.
INGREDIENTS

Avocados
2, peeled, pitted, diced
Salt
2 tsp., or to taste
Tomato
1, large, diced
Onion
1, diced
Jalapeno peppers
2, chopped
Fresh cilantro
½ tbsp., chopped
Fresh lime juice
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocados in a medium-sized bowl. Add salt and stir to well.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (from tomato to lime juice) mix well, cover, and chill for 30 minutes or more before serving.
