Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs: Here's how to make them!

Extra-virgin olive oil

Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Lime juice
2 limes
Cumin
1/2 tsp
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch
Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil (2 tbsp), chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, and red pepper. Add chicken. Toss to coat the chicken with the mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Then, preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7).
- Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper. Place the chicken on the skillet skin-side down. Add marinade. Cook for 6 minutes, or until golden. Flip. Cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy your oven-baked chicken thighs!
