INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Olive oil 
1 tbsp
Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Ground black pepper 
to taste
Salt 
to taste
Butter 
2 tbsp
Garlic 
3 cloves, minced
Dry white wine 
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
1 lemon
Capers 
1/4 cup
Lemon 
1, sliced
Parsley 
chopped, for garnish 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. 
  2. Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet. Cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until golden. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Discard 1/2 of the liquid from the skillet. 
  3. Add butter, garlic, wine, juice, and capers. Over low, bring to a simmer. Add the chicken and lemon. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving. garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy your easy Chicken Piccata!
