These healthy chicken breasts are roasted with taco seasoning and salsa and less than a drop of oil!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Taco seasoning
1 package (1 ¼ ounce)
Chicken breasts (skinless, deboned)
1 lb
Sugar-free salsa
1 cup
Fat-free plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp butter or cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss chicken breasts with taco seasoning (in a large bowl or in a ziplock bag).
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas mark 5.
  3. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
  4. Put the breasts in the dish; bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Put salsa on top of the breasts and bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with fat-free plain Greek yogurt, if desired.
