This unbelievably tasty Skinny Pesto will be the perfect thing to top your pasta
INGREDIENTS

Fresh basil
3 cups, only leaves
Parmesan cheese
½ cup, grated
Pine nuts
¼ cup
Garlic
2 small cloves
Sea salt
½ tsp
Red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp, crushed
Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Place the pine nuts into the skillet in one even layer; toss them constantly for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In a food processor, blend together the basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. With the food processor on, add olive oil by small portions to let it combine nicely. Enjoy the pesto!
