Cook barbecued ribs without the barbecue! So easy and so yummy!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Pork baby back ribs
4 lbs
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Ketchup
2 cups
Chili sauce
1 cup
Packed brown sugar
½ cup
Vinegar
4 tbsp.
Dried oregano
2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp.
Hot sauce
1 dash
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper, place them in a shallow baking dish, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Turn over and brown for 15 more minutes. Drain the excess fat.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients (from ketchup to hot sauce) in a medium bowl. Place the ribs in a slow cooker, pour the sauce over the ribs, and turn to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for about 6 to 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
