Beef roast

Potatoes
4, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
Baby carrots
1 ½ cups
Onion
1, large, quartered, pulled apart
Beef broth
1 ½ cups
Dry vegetable soup mix
1 (1 ½ oz.) envelope
DIRECTIONS
- Put the beef roast in the slow cooker and arrange the vegetables around it.
- Combine the last two ingredients (from beef broth to soup mix) and add it to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
