INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Garlic powder
½ tsp.
Dried oregano
½ tsp.
Dried thyme
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Pepper
½ tsp.
Beef eye round
3 lbs.
Sour cream
1 (8 oz.) carton
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Horseradish
1 tbsp., fresh or prepared
Garlic
1 clove, crushed (or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder)
Beef bouillon granules
1 tsp. (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all the seasonings (from garlic powder to pepper) and rub the roast with the mixture.
  2. Place the roast in a slow cooker, cover, and cook on Low for about 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Remove the meat and leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut meat into thin slices across the grain.
  5. Combine all the remaining ingredients (from sour cream to bouillon granules) for the sauce. Cover and chill.
  6. Serve the roast with the sauce.
