INGREDIENTS

Turkey breast - 1 (6 pound), bone-in
Dry onion soup mix - 1 envelope (1 ounce)
DIRECTIONS

Wash the turkey breast and dry with a paper towel. Remove any excess skin, leaving the skin covering the breast. Rub onion soup mix over outside of the turkey and under the skin. Transfer to a slow cooker and close the lid. Cook on High for 1 hour, then on Low for 7 hours.
