INGREDIENTS

Butter
2 tbsp.
Medium onion, diced

Medium boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed

Canned diced green chilies
14 ounces
Salt
2 tsp.
Cumin
2 tsp.
Oregano
2 tsp.
Black pepper
1 tsp.
Frozen cauliflower
1 pound
Chicken broth
4 cups
Sour cream
2 cups
Heavy whipping cream
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Turn your Slow Cooker on to the sauté setting, place the butter on the bottom of the pot and melt it. Add diced onion and cubed chicken. Cook until the chicken is almost done.
  2.  Mix in green chilies, oregano, salt, cumin, black pepper, and frozen cauliflower.
  3.  Add chicken broth. Place the lid on the cooker and cook on high-pressure for 30 minutes.
  4.  Let the Slow Cooker sit for 10 minutes before releasing the steam and opening it up.
  5. Remove from heat. Add sour cream and whipping cream. Stir.
