Salad: Soy Glaze with Fresh Orange Juice
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Fresh orange juice
¼ cup
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps
Low-sodium tamari
2 tbsps
Sriracha
2 tsps
1 scallion, small chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot, put on the cooker over low heat and bring to simmer.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stir often. Keep an eye on the sauce, don't leave it – it burns really quickly!
- Use as the dressing for this Warm Salad with Roast Broccoli and Tofu recipe.
