Cook white mushrooms in soy sauce to give them appetizing caramel!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
White mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz) package
Garlic, minced
2 cloves
Butter
2 tbsps
Soy sauce
2 tbsps
Ground black pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the mushrooms. Stir and cook about 5 minutes. Add garlic. Cook and stir for about 1 minute. Add soy sauce.
- Cook the mushrooms until the sauce has evaporated (about 5 minutes).
