This apple and savoy cabbage salad won't take you more than 10 minutes to prepare and will become a healthy alternative to your long familiar salads!

Grainy mustard

Olive oil

Low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp
Honey
1 tsp
Big red apples, thinly sliced

Savoy cabbage, shredded
4 cups
Bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

DIRECTIONS
- For the dressing, whisk together the buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil, sour cream, and honey.
- Toss together the sliced apples and shredded cabbage; mix in crumbled bacon.
- Add the dressing; toss and serve on plates.
