Take the classic guacamole recipe to a new level adding a bit of spicy bacon to it!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Avocados
3, ripe, chopped
Smithfied Bacon
5 strips, cut into ½ inch pieces
Red onion
¼ cup, diced
Tomato
1, large, chopped
Cilantro
½ cup, chopped
Garlic powder
½ tsp.
Paprika
¼ tsp.
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Add the first five ingredients (from avocado to cilantro) to a medium-sized bowl, mix well, and mash with a fork to reach the desired consistency.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (from garlic powder to pepper) and serve immediately.
