Parmesan cheese, pepper, and parsley turn cauliflower into culinary gold with this spicy roasted cauliflower recipe!
INGREDIENTS

Minced garlic
2 tbsps
Olive oil
3 tbsps
Cauliflower
1 large head, divided into florets
Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup, grated
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Start pre-heating oven to 450°F/220°C/Gas Mark 8 while you divide the cauliflower head to florets.
- Apply cooking spray to a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Place cauliflower into a large Ziploc bag; add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper; shake to coat well.
- Place seasoned cauliflower into the baking sheet, arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 12 minutes, shake the baking dish to stir, bake for 12 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes more under the broiler.
