Full-fat cream

Spring onions, sliced

Garlic clove, crushed

Lemon juice
½ small lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place full-fat cream, spring onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine all the ingredients. Make sure to use short pulses to preserve the coarse texture. Serve with warm bagels.
