An unusual combination of bok choy cabbage and shrimp wil kill two birds with one stone giving you a chance to cook something easy and memorable at once!
INGREDIENTS

Large shrimp
1 lb
Baby bok choy, sliced
1 lb
Large bell pepper, sliced
1
Snow peas, sliced
4 oz.
Seasoned rice vinegar
2 tbsp
Ready-to-heat whole grain and rice mix
1 package (8.5 oz)
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Place a wok over medium heat.
- Pour olive oil, add the shrimp and stir-fry until cooked (about 3 minutes).
- Place shrimp onto a plate; put bok choy, pepper, snow peas, rice vinegar, and grain and rice mix into the wok.
- Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Mix in the shrimp and sesame oil.
- Remove from heat, put into bowls and serve.
