Dessert: Strawberry Basil & Cream Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Strawberries
1 medium cup
Basil leaves
1 small bunch (3-5 leaves)
Coconut yogurt
½ cup
Maple syrup
3 tbsps
6 popsicle sticks
Popsicle mold
DIRECTIONS
- Put the berries and the basil leaves in a blender and blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Combine the yogurt and maple syrup in a medium bowl.
- Put the layers of the strawberry-basil mixture and the coconut-maple yogurt alternately into the popsicle mold (a spoon of strawberry, then a spoon of yogurt, repeat).
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the popsicles, and put them into the freezer for 3-4 hours.
