Spreadable and soft, this Strawberry Jam is close to perfection!
INGREDIENTS

Fresh strawberries
2 lbs, hulled
Lemon juice
1/4 cup
White sugar
4 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Mash strawberries in batches in a large bowl.
- Mix mashed strawberries, white sugar, and juice in a saucepan. Stirring, cook over low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Stirring, boil until the strawberry mixture reaches 220° F (105° C).
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to hot sterile jars (make sure to leave 1/2 inch headspace) and seal. Process in a water bath. Enjoy your Strawberry Jam!
