INGREDIENTS

1 cantaloupe, peeled, the seeds pulled out, largely diced
12 strawberries, diced into quarters
Green grapes
1 cup, cut in half
Red grapes
1 cup, seedless, cut in half
Crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 can
Walnut pieces
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
  • Toss all the fruit in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for several hours.
  • Use the pineapple juice as the dressing.
  • Decorate the salad with walnut pieces before serving.
