Quick and easy to cook, this summertime shrimp will become the hit of your barbecue party!
INGREDIENTS

Garlic
1 clove, large
Coarse salt
1 tbsp.
Cayenne pepper
½ tsp.
Paprika
1 tsp.
Olive oil
2 tbsp.
Lemon juice
2 tsp.
Large shrimp
2 lbs., peeled, deveined
Lemon
8 wedges, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the grill for a medium heat.
- Crush the garlic with salt in a small bowl.
- Add cayenne pepper and paprika and stir well, then add olive oil and lemon juice to turn the mixture into a paste.
- Add shrimp and the garlic paste to a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until opaque.
- Place the ready shrimp on a serving dish and serve, garnished with lemon wedges.
