INGREDIENTS
Servings: 1
Sardines
1 (3.75 oz.) can, packed in olive oil, drained
½ fresh lemon
Salt
1 pinch
Ground black pepper
to taste
Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp.
Dried oregano
½ tsp.
Dried thyme
½ tsp.
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch, or to taste
Garlic
2 cloves, chopped
Sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp., chopped
Capers
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the sardines on a small plate and squeeze lemon over them.
  2.  Season sardines with the next six ingredients, from salt to pepper flakes.
  3. Add garlic, tomatoes, and capers to the mixture. Serve.
