Olive oil
1 tbsp
Red cabbage
1 lb, shredded
Red onions
1 lb, sliced
Brown sugar
2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
3-4 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put a nonstick skillet onto medium heat.
  2. Pour olive oil; add the red cabbage, onions, and brown sugar.
  3. Cook until tender-crisp (about 10 minutes).
  4. Season with balsamic vinegar; cook another minute.
  5. Serve with pork chops.
