INGREDIENTS

Ground turkey
½ lb
Egg 
1
Salsa
¼ cup
Red bell pepper
1/8 cup, chopped
Yellow bell pepper
1/8 cup, chopped
Onion
¼ cup, chopped
Dry breadcrumbs
¼ cup
Lemon pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine turkey with bread crumbs, salsa, egg, bell peppers, onions, and lemon pepper in a large bowl. Knead the “meat dough” with your hands until well blended. Form a small round loaf and place it in the center of the baking sheet. Pop into the oven.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until well cooked and golden brown.
