INGREDIENTS

Margarine
1 cup, melted 
Onion
1, finely chopped
Salt and pepper 
to taste
Creamed corn 
 2 (15.25 oz) cans
Eggs
2, beaten 
Dry cornbread mix 
 1 (8 oz) package 
Cheddar cheese, shredded 
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, melt margarine. Add corn, eggs, cornbread mix, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix. 
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
