Margarine
1 cup, melted
Onion
1, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
to taste
Creamed corn
2 (15.25 oz) cans
Eggs
2, beaten
Dry cornbread mix
1 (8 oz) package
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, melt margarine. Add corn, eggs, cornbread mix, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix.
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
