This quick zucchini side dish is full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Zucchini
3, cut into rounds
Dried oregano
1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper
to taste
Salt
to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch
Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add zucchini. Add oregano. Cook for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Season with ground black pepper, salt, and red pepper.
- Before serving, top with grated cheese. Enjoy!
